We do not accept returns for food items once they have been opened. If you receive a damaged or defective item, you may request a replacement or refund by:

- The box and packaging.

All return requests are subject to approval based on the information provided.
Refunds
- For prepaid orders, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- If the order has already been shipped, both the initial shipping and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days after approval.
Replacements
In cases where the return request is verified as genuine (e.g., damaged product or wrong item delivered), we will send a replacement product.
- Customers must provide proof as outlined above.

- Replacement products will be delivered within 20 days of approval.
Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
- If an order has already been shipped but not delivered, cancellations are still possible; however, shipping and return shipping costs will be deducted from prepaid orders.
